    The process of implementing change within the field of managed healthcare, traditionally characterised by friction between cost and quality, has gradually been expanded to include the consumer in decisions concerning treatment, logistics and coverage. Our approach balances the input of providers of health care as well as manufacturers, distributors and consumers. Our projects encompass corporate strategies, growth strategies, customer and loyalty management, channel management and restructuring projects. We strive to improve the position of customers by changing the way in which healthcare institutions relate to them. This is based on further development of the client experience cycle.
  • Government
    The manageability of public programs has traditionally been at the focus of our attention. We believe that the best way to bridge the gap between policy making and executing policies is to have government, private sector and citizens ‘co-create’ public programs. Applying a retail marketing approach to non-profit organisations helps to redefine non-profit services ‘’outside in’’, from the customer’s perspective. Research and Development
In order to support our presence in our preferred markets, we conduct research into different aspects related to innovation, public program management and health care customer experience. We collaborate with students, post-docs and professors from various Dutch universities. We have a special relationship with the Tias/Nimbas business school.
